Your Mission:
The Sales Development Executive is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities with law firms across the country. The executive manages the outbound lead activity, contacting law firms and managing the sales process from contact through to application.
Your Day to Day:
• Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop law firm leads into active accounts
• Interact with prospects via telephone and email to uncover pain points, explain the Fundafi solution, identify opportunities and generate interest.
• Utilize a consultative approach to evaluate and understand customer’s business and needs
• Communicate value proposition tailored to prospect needs
• Successfully manage prospect questions and concerns bringing in other company resources to assist as needed
• Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
• Update interactions in salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
• Provide timely feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
• Work with Marketing, Credit, Account Managers, and Underwriters to ensure the best customer experience
• Provide training and assistance as needed to other team members
• Participate in marketing campaigns, message testing and lead process optimization
• Ad hoc projects as requested
• Understand Fundafi products, value proposition, and positioning and keep up-to-date on industry trends and the competition’s positioning within the marketplace
• Conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior experience for the potential customer
Your Typical Day:
• Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound inquiries
• Use your skills in research and list building to target different areas of the country (we will provide priority areas)
• Work with our business partner companies to identify and communicate with new prospective clients
• Track all lead activity, monitor leads/opportunities, and manage reports using Salesforce.com
• Regularly meet with the senior management team to report progress, and your analysis of
You:
• Experience in Sales or Customer Experience
• Motivated by metrics and driven to achieve and exceed your goals
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management strength with an ability to multitask to optimize outcomes trends, challenges, objections and areas of opportunity within the market to identify focus and resources necessary to drive your best outcomes
• A passion for constantly improving and learning from experience as a way to leverage better results
• Ability to adhere to standardized guidelines
• Strong computer skills and experience with Salesforce/Force.com or CRM platforms
